A few years ago, I participated in a fun Monday meme called, Friend Makin’ Monday, where we blogged about a particular topic and visited a bunch of blogs – it was a GREAT way to meet fellow bloggers and some of my very best blogging buddies came from my participation in this meme.
A few weeks ago, Kenlie from All the Weigh, invited many of us “back” to participate again. It took me a few weeks (to catch up in real life) and this week’s topic was right up my alley……..
If you were given two tickets that you (and someone else you could choose) could use to fly anywhere else in the world, where would you go and why?
Initially, my thoughts turned to “where would I want to take the kids?” Washington D.C.! Boston! A Civil War tour through the South!
YES! All 3 of those ideas went through my head!!
But Kenlie said I can only have 2 tickets (and I ALWAYS play by the rules!). So, where would I go??
How is this for a clue??
My Hubby is NUTS about Liverpool football. I would take him to Liverpool for a game. And make him take me on a Beatles tour. And we would have an ale at a local pub. And some fish & chips. And then Wills & Kate will invite us over for tea (cause they live near there – I think). And then we’d stay in an amazing castle with a really green pasture and fog covering the ground.
Ahh…what a great dream….
We did go to London for 5 days a few summers ago – it wasn’t near long enough and we can’t wait to go back.

Don’t let my husband hear of a football themed vacation! I can just hear it now, we’d be touring all the football stadiums in Europe. lol
