When I started this blog many years ago, I never could foresee all the places it would take me. Yes, I do like to talk about travel…a lot….but some of the opportunities that I have experienced all because of my “voice” have simply blown me away. Last May, I traveled to Los Angeles for the #TomorrowlandEvent and just recently, I was invited back for another Disney event.
In 3 short weeks, I will have the opportunity to bring you all some inside scoop on the new Disney Pixar movie – The Good Dinosaur, ABC hit shows – Dancing with the Stars, The Muppets, and black-ish, and the new Disney Channel movie – The Lion Guard. Stick with me friends and you will see {and hear} it all!

On Tuesday, November 17, attend the Red Carpet Premiere of Disney Pixar’s newest film, The Good Dinosaur (opening in theaters everywhere November 25, 2015) with me. Watch me over on Periscope to see all the stars that I will be walking the red carpet with that night. We will also have the opportunity to interview some of the cast & crew of this new film. The kids and I have been watching the trailers and it looks adorable – oh who am I kidding? It’s a Pixar film – we LOVE everything Pixar!

While in Los Angeles, I will also be bringing you some behind-the-scenes photos & info on some of the top ABC TV shows. We will be a part of the live audience of Dancing with the Stars (Monday nights at 8/7c) semi-finals show! It’s one of my favorite dancing shows and this season has been terrific! I am really hopeful that Bindi Irwin will be dancing for us while we are there. I just think she is a terrific young lady and a great role model for my girls. Plus, this girl can DANCE!

We are also going to visit the Walt Disney Studios Lot for special preview screenings of episode of the ABC comedy black-ish (Wednesday nights at 9:30/8:30c). While there, we will meet Tracee Ellis Ross, who portrays Johnson family mom & anesthesiologist Rainbow “Bow” Johnson and get to see the set in person. I have never been to an actual tv set before and I am thrilled to get to go behind the scenes of such a FUNNY show!! This show is fresh & real – I find myself laughing out loud while watching it – remember this episode??
We are also visiting the set of The Muppets (Tuesday nights at 8:00/7:00c) and viewing an exclusive new episode from the set of Miss Piggy’s late-night talk show, “Up Late with Miss Piggy”. After the screening, we will participate in a Q&A with “The Muppets” Executive Producer Bill Barretta, who also performs Pepe the King Prawn, Rowlf the Dog, The Swedish Chef, Dr. Teeth and Bobo the Bear! As a child, I watched every episode of The Muppet show (that’s BEFORE DVRs & VCRs folks!), so I am so excited to see this set! Have you been watching the new Muppet Show? I just love the guest stars they have been bringing on the show – they are hysterically funny!

The Lion King was such a memorable movie, you couldn’t help but fall in love with the characters. So I’m excited to also get to see a screening of “The Lion Guard: Return of The Roar,” which continues the epic storytelling of “The Lion King” and introduces Kion, the second-born cub of Simba and Nala, as he assumes his role as leader of the Lion Guard, a group of animals tasked with protecting the Pride Lands. We will also have a chance to meet & learn more about the new movie with Executive Producer Ford Riley, Composer Christopher Willis, Singer/Songwriter Beau Black and Swahili Consultant Sarah Mirza.
