Alice Through the Looking Glass, the much-anticipated follow-up to Alice in Wonderland, is in theaters May 27, 2016. I’ve been invited to attend the red carpet premiere of Alice Through the Looking Glass in Los Angeles, CA next week and I’d love to take you along with me!
Alice Through the Looking Glass is an amazing story of time. How we use our time, the loss of time, and the importance of holding onto the time are all themes that are brilliantly woven throughout the movie.
Wait. What? I thought this was just a clever Alice in Wonderland part 2 story?
Not at all my friends. You see, last week, I attended the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration where we had the honor of hearing from the Executive Producer of Alice Through the Looking Glass, Suzanne Todd. It was great to hear all the behind-the-scenes stories from the filming of the movie, but also to hear her perspective of the story. Alice was such a role-model for young women in the first movie, but she really hits her stride in the new one.
While at the Celebration, we were treated to an advance screening of Alice Through the Looking Glass – the first public audience to see the movie!! – and it was so fantastic. It completely blew away all my expectations and truth be told, I liked it better than the first movie. And I can’t wait to see it again!
Alice Through the Looking Glass Red Carpet Premiere
Next week, I have been invited to attend the Alice Through the Looking Glass Red Carpet Premiere in Los Angeles, California. I, along with a group of wonderful bloggers, will be walking the red carpet of the 90-year old, historic El Capitan Theatre. If it is anything like the Good Dinosaur Red Carpet Premiere, it’s going to be AMAZING!
While in LA, we will have the opportunity to sit down with some of the stars of Alice Through the Looking Glass. I can’t wait to bring you those interviews!
Zootopia In-Home Release Event
We will also be attending the special In-Home release of Zootopia (available on Blu-ray and Digital HD on June 7, 2016). We will be interviewing Zootopia Directors Byron Howard & Rich Moore and Raymond Persi – he’s the voice of Flash!! Out family loved Zootopia and my kids are always imitating Flash!

I agree. Alice is a great example and reminder for all of us to look inside and find the strength and courage to make a difference and stand up. I am so excited to share this magical experience with you. It’s going to be amazing!
