What’s the first thing you think of when you hear the words Tomorrowland? A futuristic-land in the Magic Kingdom? Yep. Me too. And when the upcoming movie from Disney Pictures with the same name was first announced, my family & I thought it would be all about that magical place, with People Movers & Astro Orbitors being the transportation of choice.
Not so much.
Thank goodness. Because what I’ve seen of Tomorrowland is much, much better.
Directed by two-time Oscar winner Brad Bird, Tomorrowland stars Academy Award winner George Clooney, Britt Robertson, Hugh Laurie, Tim McGraw and more. There is not much more about the plot to be found out there yet other than this description…..which makes it more intriguing.
In Disney’s riveting mystery adventure “Tomorrowland,” a jaded scientist and an optimistic teen embark on a danger-filled mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space.
